We pride ourselves on providing the highest quality service to our customers. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Refunds & Exchanges

Our policy on returns is within 7 calendar days from date of delivery. To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Item must be in the original packaging, and they must be sent in their original condition (packaging, accessories, tags, etc.). You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for exchanging items.

We will notify you when we have received your returned item. Item will immediately be inspected to determine return/exchange eligibility. If your exchange is approved, we will notify you.

Please note: Customized and made-to-order items are not eligible for exchanges.
